HARMONY DAY
This week at school we celebrated Harmony Day. Harmony Day is about accepting others and creating a school and a country where everyone feels welcome and where everyone belongs.

2/3 Bennett - We are one of a kind!
We have been learning how special we are and that we are one of a kind. In our ICT lesson we used WORDL to create these word art posters on all the things that make us one of a kind.

Week 6 - Junior Primary
For the past few weeks we have been learning about colours and also how to move our mouse. We had to colour this picture in on the computer. We had to try to get all the colours right and some of the little spots were hard to put the right colours into.It was fun.

Week 6 - Typing up a storm!
Mrs. M says that it is important for us to be type really quickly. This will help us with our school work and also if when we get a job one day.
We practice our typing skills for about 10 to 15 minutes at the start of each lesson. We have been working on "Dance Mat". We are learning where to put our fingers on the keyboard and which keys are the home keys.
At the end of each level we get a certificate. There are 4 levels. We like this typing practice because everyone can work at their own speed. This is what the certificate looks like.
